Georgia Tech and partner institutions were named a National Transportation Center by the Research and Innovative Technologies Administration (RITA) of the U.S. Department of Transportation. The theme of the Center is “transportation systems performance and management and its focus is on addressing critical interactions between safety, transportation infrastructure (state-of-good-repair) and services, and economic competiveness.”
